Charlie Fuerbringer may be a generational setter but she is also the daughter of former Stanford Volleyball star and 2024 Stanford HOF inductee Matt Fuerbringer, correct?
Quote:Parents are Matt and Joy Fuerbringer ... father played volleyball at Stanford 1992-1997 and AVP Professional ... father is the Men's USA National Team Coach ... mother played volleyball at Long Beach State 1990-1994 ... uncle David Mckienzie played volleyball at Long Beach State 1997-2002 and is a 2012 Olympian ... has one brother Mateo (14) ... intended major is International Studies ... born January 27 ... nicknames are Chuck or Fuerbs

Fifth year OH Sarah Franklin who is probably the hardest hitter in college volleyball.
6'7" Carter Booth and fifth year Devyn Robinson at MB, arguably the best MB combo in DI volleyball.
6'9" senior Anna Smrek at right side.
Julia Orzol, one of the best liberos and all around players in the country.
They bring in Charlie Fuerbinger who some call a generational setter.
I will be very happy if Stanford plays a competitive match and ecstatic if Stanford takes a set. We shall see next Monday.
Wow. My lovely wife is 6 feet. Her jaw dropped when I told her about those two. I'll just add that Wisconsin lost to Louisville 3-1 Tuesday.
