I couldn't watch the end of the match.  Why wasn't Oglivie on the court?

The rules have changed so much I don't know if that would be considered a double touch.  Back in my playing days that 100% would have been called a double contact (assuming it didn't touch the floor).  I'll have to look at a replay.  I can't remember if that was on the dig (first touch of the ball hit over the net from the opponent).

Was the question about why Oglive wasn’t on the court directed at me?  We won the last four points of the first set on the one serving rotation the libero has to sit out, as the Libero can only serve in one position on the scoresheet.  Taylor Yu was serving in her stead.

On the double contact, you may be right.

The NCAA Playing Rules Oversight Panel approved allowing women's volleyball players to contact the ball more than once with any part of the body in a single attempt on a team's second contact when the ball is played to a teammate.

That seems crazy to me, though I guess the rule was borne out of the fact that frequently, determining whether a contact was a single or double touch is a difficult judgment call, though this one wasn’t a matter of judgment; it hit her hand first and then hit her foot.  Anyways, since it was the first touch, by the new rule it is not considered a fault.  I take back my criticism of the announcers.
