Quote:Taylor revealed the injury statuses of freshman quarterback Elijah Brown and freshman wide receiver Emmett Mosley V. Brown was injured during the bye week and will be out for some time, the coach said, but the player is expected to make a full recovery.
...
Mosley, who made waves throughout training camp during the spring and fall, has not seen any in-game action to start the year due to a leg injury.

Frankly speaking, this update is worthless. It simply tells us WHEN Brown was injured and that he's expected to recover fully. It is irritatingly mute on WHAT the injury is and WHEN he's expected back. PATHETICALLY opaque. What is the problem here? What advantage could opponents gain from learning what his injury is and when he's llkely to return? If that's not the concern, what is? As far as Mosely is concerned, this "update" says nothing about when he was injured or what the injury was and it comes only 3 days before Emmet had a great game against Clemson. It's almost an anti-climactic "update." TT, you can (and should) do better than this!
I agree entirely! Why can’t we go back to the good old days, when the coach made quite clear each week that an injured player was…
… working through some things? :-)
