Thanks for the video. While it’s the correct call, why is it rarely called? What made this instance different from other instances? And if a keeper has 6 seconds to release the ball, I feel like most keepers hold on to the ball much longer than 6 seconds. Usually it’s just a warning or  yellow card, not a free kick. I’m just glad Stanford was victorious.
