Somfai posted on Instagram that she will announce her school commitment on 11/13

When was the last time we won a head-to-head recruiting battle with an announcement date?  Seems like a lot of them have gone against us of late.  It seems like when we have gotten commitments, it has just been announced without much fanfare.

I gotta say I’m prepared to be disappointed (again).

I really like our chances with Somfai. I believe we are the favorites (regardless of what every Uconn fan poster thinks). If I'm wrong, I will own it. Even without Somfai, this is a tremendous recruiting class for us so no reason to be disappointed. This will be the cherry on top.
