Miner's deceptive setting combined with Tech MB forced to focus on Francis.

True, but not great situational awareness from the MB.  Miner was far enough off the net that she wasn't highly likely to go over so I'm sure her coach said that she needed to have a higher threshold before biting.  Miner's always a threat, but nine times in ten when she has the ball in system a couple feet from the net she's going to set it.

Francis was a threat on a slide, but she wasn't approaching for a quickset, so the opposing MB had time
