I was able to watch it on the Fox Sports app on my Chromecast/GoogleTV. The app is quite anal about forcing you to watch a commercial after fast forwarding or even rewinding, before it lets you see whether you actually got to where you wanted to go.
Also, the app has a pointlessly poor imitation of FF/REW. You don't see the video going by N times as fast, so you have little idea where you are. You just see a freeze frame of where you started, with a time clock going N times faster than real time, and you have a button that can double the value of N. This seems to be the current industry state of the art for such apps. Yuck.
