Team is half a step slow, timing is off, and lots of miscommunication.  I repeat my mantra about jet lag and west to east travel.

Stanford flew to North Carolina on Thursday November 21.  This is the sixth day they have been on the East Coast.  How many days are needed to get adjusted to the time zone?

Pretty individual IMO. For me, I can run on adrenaline for the first two days. Day three is the tough one. After that, I am fully adjusted. It also depends on direction. For me going east is easier than going west. Six days should be plenty for almost anybody.

So now the team is flying west and playing LVL on three day’s adjustment…
