I would assume that Ruffins is an undergrad transfer given he's completed two years at Nevada. Neal would appear to be either a grad transfer or a postbaccalaureate as he's completed four years at Fresno State
A good friend of mine was a rising star at Andersen. He was a Fresno State undergrad and a recruited baseball player. Marquess recruited him as well, but FSU was much cheaper than Stanford, which his family couldn't really afford. He's been extremely successful since. You can find talent (academic and athletic) all over the place if you look hard enough.
