I’m probably all for it, but I don’t know what happened, so it’s easy to say. Maybe Mr. Luck can dig into the matter and see what’s possible. There were rumors of some sort of HR issue. If that’s true, I doubt any organization would take the risk of being seen to be at fault for rehiring him.

Turley was National S&C Coach of the Year in both 2013 and 2014. He reduced injuries by 87% at Stanford. His departure was probably responsible for Shaw's downfall as much as anything.
