Also—during the Stanford-Pitt game, one of the announcers stated that Stanford basketball was not accepting any undergrad transfers classified as juniors (a little vague, but I think not more than two years out of high school).

 Does anyone know if that is one of those unwritten rules being broadly applied across all sports?
