I can imagine reasons why VanDerveer might have crossed the country and taken in this game.  But does anyone have a clue why Muir was in the area?  I think he would not have traveled just for this game.   I didn't watch all of the men's game against North Carolina.  Were they there for that as well?

Probably. Tara was definitely there for the UNC game.
