Eighteen total transfers for the bears...unfortunately impressive.  And two QBs with good potential, one with a championship ring...!  

Brown is a junior this year and only played two games his freshman year, so he could have two seasons of eligibility left.

Published reports say that he indeed has two years of eligibility left.

Heading into last night's championship game, tOSU's second-string QB was a freshman, and the third-string QB was a sophomore, so Brown read the tea leaves and decided to find greener pastures, it seems.  Or maybe he had already decided to bail, and the coaches set the depth chart accordingly.  Who knows.

He had already entered the portal and therefore was very probably gone. It was reported almost immediately after he entered the portal that Kal was a likely destination. He was the second string QB for the bulk of the year.

tOSU had seven QBs on their roster this season...

I am confident all seven of them still fully intend to get a degree from tOSU :-).

I am happy to take the other end of that bet   ;-)
