I legit wonder what the confidence intervals around those projections are.  Clearly they won't wind up exactly as projected (otherwise, why play the games), but for WAR, what is the interval in which the actual WAR comes in 95% of the time?

I would guess it's probably something like ±5 WAR for each player, but that is WAG.
