Both plays I recall involved the right fielder being shaded too far towards center field. One was in the bottom of the ninth. A defensive swing of sorts sent the ball high into shallow right field. Despite the RF and 2B running after it. The ball dropped right inside fair territory and a run scored. If the RF was positioned in "usual" position, he probably makes the out and no extra innings are needed. 

In the bottom of the 10th, they have a runner on first. The batter hits a deep line drive into right field some 15 yards from the foul line. The RF was so far towards center that by the time he got to the ball and threw it to the relay, who threw it to the catcher (these 2 throws were quick and on target), the runner was able to motor around the bases and barely beat the tag at the plate. The RF is closer to the line, and the runner is easily out or stops at third. 

This doesn't take into account 2 fielding errors (2b and 1b) that prolonged those innings. They also got a run after 2 consecutive wild pitches. Overall, not a great defensive performance.

What was great was a defensive out to end the bottom of the ninth. I thought it was a hit and game over. The LF runs towards center field full speed, dives, and barely catches the ball. ESPN top 10 type of play.
