The reason these guys are "diamonds in the rough" is because the vast majority are "the rough."

Yes, exactly.  For every 6th round QB who becomes the GOAT, there are dozens who don't play a single down.  We of course remember Tom Brady, but our own Todd Husak was drafted three picks behind Brady and threw 2 career NFL passes.  Most sixth round QB picks are like Husak.
