I was wrong. The entire coaching staff has to go.

Eager needs to go. The rest of the staff is fine. Pitching is what failed this team this year. I think Eager needs to take his kids out of the dugout and focus on his job.

Did not know about his kids. Agree they are an obvious distraction.
