So, Stanford finished 9 strokes above 2nd place and made the cut by 38 strokes.

In addition, freshman Andrea Revuelta won the individual title.

She got a late start to the spring season because of an injury. Since returning, she has finished 3rd, 1st (ACC) and 1st (NCAA regional). And a month ago she tied for 4th at the Augusta National Women's Amateur. She is currently the #8 ranked player in the country.

If she had been able to play all season, Revuelta would definitely be a candidate for freshman of the year (an award won by a Stanford player 3 of the last 4 years).
