I think Harbaugh was just as concerned about the clock as Kiffen was. He wanted to score with no time at all left for a comback. He was definietely complaining about the clock not starting for Luck\'s little plunge to the right.

JH was on it.  I saw that whole seen on the DVR.  JH clearly wanted to know if USC called a timeout.  Once it was clear that this did not happen, JH told the refs that he wanted to call a timeout at 4 seconds.

And the crew actually did a good job.  Rather than trying endlessly to get the clock started and stopped, the ref just turned on the microphone and asked for the clock to be set at 4 seconds.
