There were a large number of layoffs within DAPER last week. I didn't see most of them on the filing.

Can you document this?  A quick search didn’t show any mention of this. I don’t know that such layoffs would need to be in such a filing, but I would think so

WARN filing is required if 50 or more employees are involved - I could see the layoffs occuring without being "documented" if the #s were below 50, plus the timelines are different
