Between alumni relations and development, the number of cuts appears to be over 20.  I guess they are focusing more on really big donors and less on the small fish who take years to cultivate but whose current donations don't pay for themselves.  The alumni and development will probably be kept on through the October reunions.

On the food side, 3 chefs and 3 dieticians are being laid off.
