Update.

3 of the 4 Stanford golfers advanced to match play. Rachel Heck was at the cut line in stroke play until she bogeyed the next to last hole. She missed the playoff for the final spots by 1 shot.

Both Kelly Xu and Brooke Seay lost in the round of 64. Seay had a 1 up lead with 3 to play. But her opponent finished birdie-birdie-birdie to take the match 1 up. 

Megha Ganne won her round of 64 match to earn a shot at Anna Davis, whose resume include quarterfinalist in 2024 U.S. Women's Amateur;  member of 2024 USA Curtis Cup Team; member of 2023 USA Women's World Amateur Team; Top 20 in the Women's World Amateur ranking. Davis also is a past champion of the Augusta National Women's Amateur.

Ganne played lights out, winning this morning over Davis 3 and 2. She recorded 5 birdies and an eagle in the winning effort.

At 2:30 she faces Kary Hollenbaugh in the round of 16. Ganne is currently 11th in the WAGR rankings. Hollenbaugh is 20th.
