In top 5 for Elise Ngenda
ngenda is a wing. another strong body. 3-pt % of 55%!

Seems to me 5-8 transates more to PG than wing or CG at the next level. Hard to tell from this clip. It will be interesting to see how she does against bigger/stronger competition. What happens when she has to go against a RosGo or Lexie-type defender?
she's not playing point guard for her high school. perhaps she has those skills, and they're not visible here. and perhaps we don't take her or she doesn't crack the depth chart with taller wings on board. but stanford has traditionally liked to park a high-% 3-point shooter out at the line. at that size, if she's not the ball-handler, she'll have to be a great defender. perhaps recall our 2021 national championship team, which started kiana at point and the 6'1" lexie hull and the 5'9" anna wilson at the wings. if you like, watch from 4'0" in the video.
or check out this video. at 5'0" you can clearly see the pg with big and little wings equidistant. also fun to see haley at high post and cam at low post.

Bummer - really like her game.
Separately, I've seen that top 50ish post Fope Ayo may be visiting this weekend. Can anyone confirm? She doesn't do social media apparently...
