The music of the 70's did not work for me.  

Maybe law school and my first years in clerking and practice diverted. me.

I have a detailed list of my 136 favorite songs.
30 are from the 80's.
40 are from the 2010's.
And only eight are from the 70's-- and two of those are relatively obscure one offs.

The 2020's are rallying for me, although an unusally high percentage of my favorites are country (Luke Combs, Max McNown, Kelsea Ballerini, and Luke Bryan/Kacey Musgraves.) Its a genre that ranks for me behind rock, pop, folk rock, EDM, and others.
