I just spent the weekend in Lodi. Napa without the crowds.  Would recommend.

Plug for Jonathan Richman's That Summer Feeling. Early '80s. Doesn't have to be happy unicorn time, does it?

Spent two of the last three weekends in Los Olivos. Like an underpublicized Calistoga. Also was in Solvang, San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara.  It's a great place to live, isn't it?

Today I learned that the median age of an MTV viewer is… fifty-six.
