I listened to a bit of the presser and was disappointed even though I'm guardedly optimistic about the hire.  Too much word salad and coachspeak.  The idea that Pritchard would make the mistakes that we've seen other coaches make is also disappointing for someone whose image could be improved by showing a little self-reflection and awareness.  Maybe it will be, maybe it won't be.
