Now our men’s team has matched our women’s team with a likely bad loss that could haunt later if get into tournament consideration

The ACC is having a horrible start to the season, so it is really unlikely conference invites to NCAA will extend too far below Duke, UNC and Louisville.

I think realistic stretch goals for this team will be to finish in the top half of the ACC and participate in the NIT.

I fear this team will really struggle with those cross continent trips to ACC venues, so perhaps a .500 plus record at home against conference opponents with a couple of ACC road wins is likely a more realistic expectation level.
