We have a QBs coach:

Lindgren to Coach QBs

So we actually have a head Coach, OC and QBs coach and they are 3 different people!

I guess Lindgren won't be bringing QB Aidan Chiles with him from Michigan State. Chiles committed to Northwestern on Tuesday.

These three different people are Pritchard, Heffernan, and Lindgren. A handy link to the  staff directory can be used for confirmation/more details. It looks to me that on paper Lindgren has the qualifications to be the QB coach and also the offensive coordinator. We seem to have a highly qualified group, but it of course will be determined on the field, not on paper.
 
Now, what we need is an official defensive coordinator name.  Pete Kwiatkowski is rumored to be the target, but there is no official news. The elapsed time being as long as it has makes one wonder about how this search is going.

Other teams reportedly want Kwiatkowski, as well.
