This is a cute tradition.

I have never watched a Stanford women's gymnastics meet, but today I randomly tuned into Stanford v. Clemson on ESPN and saw one girl holding a stick -- yes, literally a stick -- with a bow tied to it.

A little Googling told me that the women's gymnastics team has what they call the "stick stick" to celebrate stuck landings during meets.

There are some fun social media posts of team members choosing a new stick before a meet.
