Where best to park near the stadium? it wasn't too easy last time up there.

I expect that the Kezar parking lot will be blocked off to the public, but you can check there first.

There is free parking in Golden Gate Park across the street from Kezar.  Parking is difficult on weekends, but it's easier than finding a street spot around the stadium.  Usually I can find a spot there after trolling for a while.  This is what I'm planning to do.

While there is abundant parking at the UCSF Millberry Union parking structure, beware that they now charge a premium unless you have a validation from the hospital - $31 for 2 hours, $60 for 3+ hours. If you're willing to pay that much, you can enter the garage at Irving & 2nd Ave about 2 blocks from the stadium.

Worst comes to worst, there is paid underground garage parking at the music concourse in Golden Gate Park.  It's a pleasant one-mile walk to the stadium from there.
