I had Sunday morning obligations so was unable to watch, but from the recap it looks like Stanford held up well, losing only 8-12.
As a point of reference, of UNC's 15 other wins this season only 3 of them had goal differential of 4 goals or fewer: @ Syracuse, @ Clemson, vs Duke in the quarterfinals of this ACC tournament. The lone loss to Northwestern was by 1 goal in overtime. And the 12 goals scored by UNC is tied for the second-fewest they've scored all season.
