After you choose the number of wins, just click on the word Vote at the bottom of the poll. It's not well highlighted, but that is what worked for me.

Thanks, totally didn't see it, expecting it to be on the right side of the bottom bar, next to the other two buttons.  Instead, it is on the bottom left, and, as you pointed out, kind of hidden.
