I do have a question, though. At 10:08 in the first video above the UCLA defender intentionally passes the ball to her goalkeeper, who scoops up the ball with her hands. Why wasn't Stanford awarded an indirect free kick? It looked to me like the defender clearly kicked the ball with her foot (as opposed to her shin).

For an indirect free kick to be awarded, it has to be an intentional pass; it can't be a deflection. I guess the referee judged the "pass" to be a defensive deflection of a ball that otherwise would have gone into the goal -- though I agree it sure looked like a pass.
