I'm predisposed to believe UCLA isn't going to handle expectations.  Honestly, Stanford should be #7 and UCLA #11.  The only reason they are flipped is because of Stanford's well-document medieval schedule, and UCLA has Oregon and Stanford at home.  They may lose more on the road, but still, Stanford and Oregon are great road teams.
