I thought the riddle was going to be something about defining a "maximum facility" prison.
I'm stumped.

There's even been academic studies on the outcome answers parsed by age, sex, social background etc of respondents.

At this point (this point being the past 20 years - or apparently 40+ years) is it possible anyone in these studies gave a wrong answer for any reason other than wanting to mess with the studiers?
