The official site does not have the combine invitation list posted yet. Does anyone know the source of Park's info? I've seen a couple of different rating systems, so it's not clear to me what these ratings mean.Â
When I registered here in 2014, TrumpCard seemed like an apolitical user ID...

I believe his grades are coming from the ANALYSIS link from that page

Thanks. The Shittu omissions seems odd, but he can still get drafted if he performs at his pro day.

Agreed. I hope it's not James Vaughters redux, though. There was another guy that I was convinced would be on a 53-man roster given his physical gifts. (He might yet, since he'll be in camp with the Patriots this year.)Â
The improvement we saw from Shittu this past season was terrific, so I hope he continues that trajectory and makes himself indispensable for some team.Â

How does Shittu fit into a pro defense? He can't get big enough to play a 3 technique, and a DE of his size has to be excellent pass rusher, which he isn't.Â
He improved this year--perhaps making a push for the draft--and is athletic enough to get picked up as a let's-take-a-longer-look free agent, but unless he makes another leap upward, where would he ever play in the NFL?

I hear you, and I hope he makes it but I have no doubt he's already prepared for life without football. He's got his 40-year decision.

The "band" ain't narrow, it's essentially logarithmic. 5.9-6.0 is a lock to be drafted. 5.0-5.1 is marginal. <5.0 is very unlikely (Shittu excepted....). :)
All models are wrong; some models are useful......

It looks like the "grades" go from 5.00 upwards - possibly open ended, possibly nominally to 10 though the highest I saw were a couple of 7s. They seem to have only graded folks invited to the combine.
The link is above.
These grades do seem to be kind of lograithmic. I only found a couple of guys over 7, and they were substantially over 7: Myles Jack (UCLA), Laremy Tunsil (Mississippi), and DeForest Buckner (Oregon). Probably first rounder-ish were 6s, almost everybody in the 5s.

Shittu doesn't get a lot of sacks, but he gets into the backfield and disrupts plays. He easily led the team in TFLs this year. I think he's got a chance to find a spot as a DE on a 3-4 team who uses OLBs as the primary pass rushers.Â
Also, keep in mind that Shittu's stats would have been better if he didn't have play virtually every snap. NFL teams have much deeper DL rotations than Stanford had this year, and that kind of rotation would avoid some of the fatigue that surely impacted Stanford's DL this year.
