Wonder who our 2020 QB will be when Costello departs for the league. Presumably Mills if he can stay healthy, or if not him Jack West. Whoever he is he won't lack for good receivers to throw to.
I'm assuming, of course, that Costello decides to play one more year, gets his degree and then heads to the NFL. That strikes me as the most likely scenario.
