There was the disputed out-of-bounds call when the ASU player was on the ball out of bounds & it was called out on Brittany.
...

It was unfortunate that the camera focused on CTT during the timeout due to the problems with the score display (63-40).  I guess she was still trying to find ways to shake things up and she made some really ugly faces during that interchange.  I was at the other end of the court and really couldn't see her expressions other than that,  It lead me to the wrong opinion that CTT was really stressed out and  taking it out on her players, but watching the replay, it seems this exchange was the only instance of this, so I presume it was for effect.

Watching the replay:

I watched that weird call at least ten times.  I still don't get it. As much as I enjoyed listening to Ros and Kate, I wish they had explained that one (or even explain that they couldn't).

Watching CTT during the scoreboard mess was a bit terrifying to me. I'm worried for her.

Also, no love for the refs for Alanna or DiJonai. Eek.

Wasn't that called a foul on Brit? If so it still looked like a bad call. I don't know if the play by play is still accessible somewhere to see what the call was...

No. You can see it with 8:23 to go in the 3rd quarter. They scored it as a team rebound for ASU:
--         REBOUND DEF by JOHNSON,KAYLEE
08:26 MISS LAYUP by WILLIAMS,KIANA
-- REBOUND DEF by TEAM

Wow. Cal is getting ASU'd the way we did two seasons ago. 3 minutes to play and they're down 52-36. In other weird news, WSU has kept it close against UCLA, and Utah is now 1-5 at home and 4-0 on the road. Unfortunately for our strength of schedule, I suspect both ASU and Cal will fall out of the top 25 tomorrow.
