Private entities can continue to maintain mask requirements - think the age-old "no shoes, no shirt, no service." So NCAA and officials venues will surely employ such a requirement. The complication will likely be hotels, restaurants, and ground transportation. Hopefully some of the big chains will continue to maintain the requirements as well.

if i may joke about a serious matter, we need to find lodging and transportation that has testing and masks. UConn, texas a&m, etc, not so much.

Oregon at #19.  IMO they shouldn't be that high.  They are still riding remnants of last year's reputation.  They have the lowest W/L percentage of any team in the top 25.

Well, Oregon's #10 NET ranking isn't dependent on anything from last year.

Of course there haven't been enough out of conference games for any computer ranking to be well connected right now, so maybe NET is just over-rating west coast teams for some reason.
