Interesting to see how frequently it was Fudd setting the screen on top for Bueckers. They didn't use Fudd to pick and pop, but I can certainly see that happening in the next iteration of this offense.

Seriously, though, what is it with Oregon? Even before the portal went crazy they have been losing players on a regular basis. Is it Graves "weeding" his talent and telling kids to leave? Or are his players fleeing him? Either way it is not a flattering look.
We've lost a few too, but our program seems to be oh so much more stable than practically any other. It would be foolish for anyone to ditch a Stanford degree for some more playing time elsewhere.
All the transfers are going to promote a certain style of play that does not take as much experience and practice as a team. Cooking fast instead of cooking slow.

It also is a style that doesn't require dedicated effort at the practices that do exist, as it it is mostly "free flow improvisation". Much easier on the athletes, but it yields IMHO a much less interesting game.

I went back and looked at Raoul's latest portal list for the Pac-12 -- there are a lot of players transferring all over the conference:
Arizona (5)
ASU (5)
Cal (2)
Colorado (6)
Oregon (4)
OSU (2)
USC (4)

No portal entries from UCLA, but they just got bounced out of the WNIT so probably too early to hear anything.

To this day, Jannette's 4-second court-to-court zigzag dribbling past multiple defenders before making that last second layup is still the most impressive winning basket exploit that I've seen in WCBB, for me, that's more impressive than a long heave of a prayer from beyond halfcourt which is really pure luck.
