Down two scores with 2:42 left and two timeouts is not the end of the world but he didn't use a single timeout despite multiple plays that left the clock running?!? Take a look at the Denver Seattle game this eve if you want to see poor clock management...by the Nate Hackett Broncos and Russel Wilson. Much worse than anything from Shaw.

I get it at first. If you score at 210 with 2 time outs you can get the ball back on a 3 and out if you kick deep or fail the onside kick. 

Once you’re in “we need to recover an onside kick to have a chance” mode then sure, use the time outs.
