Exactly, with the difference that Hogan caught McCaffrey's TD pass. It would have been cool if Jimmy G had caught the TD pass from CMac.

That performance certainly humbled all the fools who thought trading draft picks "for a RB" was not worth it because they are all interchangeable in football, and Shanahan's offense more specifically, those who convinced themselves the RB position doesn't produce more based on the individual talent of whoever is playing the position. These people who had concluded the RB position in the NFL is the only position in sports where talent doesn't make a big difference in production, really must be feeling dumb today.

Ryan made the comment during the first TD drive of the second half, where CMac had fumbled early and Wilson was making a significant contribution to matriculating the ball down the field. Ironically, his comment came a play or two before CMac's TD catch. . . .

Now that's funny! I'm old enough to remember his first play from scrimmage in Cardinal & White. Lined up in the slot against UC Davis, took a short pass in stride and like a bolt of lightning went right into the end zone. I remember my wife and I looking at each other and saying, "Damn he's really really fast"
