If the season continues and plays out as expected; Haas needs to be gone. 0-7 or 0-8 in NCAA tourney appearances is not acceptable. Will Muir really make the decision to go find a new football and basketball coach in the same year. He should but it wouldn’t surprise me if Haase gets another year after this.

NIL developments and USC/UCLA departures make this a bad time to find a new Pac-12 coach.   I am also not really that excited about Muir finding the next football coach, and definitely don't want him trying to find the next basketball coach at the same time.
