The most impressive Pac12 bowl performance was probably UW over Texas, even though Penix didn't have his best stuff. The Beavers pulverized a lame Fla. team.
Utah underperformed. Always great to see the Rose bowl telecast and the parade. Brings back great memories of being in Pasadena in 2000/2013/2014 and esp 2016. In Troy T we trust for a return visit soon!
Seems likely by 2024 the only goal for any decent football team will be the CFP.
I could hope Troy T never gets to the Rose Bowl, but given Stanford's conference championship history outside of Willingham and Shaw over the last 40 years that would imply a awful Bear-like experience.
So I will hope for Troy T to win the conference (Pac-??/Other) and trust that winning the conference provides the best post-season options for the program.

That safety was a smart play from Tulane's left DT.
Instead of fighting a double team, he pulls back and follows the other DT into the backfield.
I miss having a DT that the opponents have to double-team.
