While awaiting BC’s answer back to Francis. What was his non football record ?
In the early 1960s, the Ferrari motor car company was really hitting its stride. A customer purchased a new Ferrari sports car, and loved every bit of it...except for the clutch. He asked for a meeting with Papa Enzo Ferrari, and after numerous attempts, was granted an audience. They proceeded to have a very animated discussion about the clutch, which Enzo finally concluded by saying "the problem isn't the clutch, the problem is the driver."

Both correct. Mr. Ferruccio Lamborghini was the not-so-happy customer.

there's a niche market for Lamborghini tractors with nice examples going for $20k-$30k

And speaking of alternative leagues... Five Stanford players were drafted in the initial World Football League draft. Only one actually signed with the WFL team.
