Yeah, it doesn't look hopeful for them to make the NCAA's. On the season, they're 0-2 against undefeated UCLA, and 1-2 against both USC & Cal. Judging from previous years, the only way they make it to the NCAAs is to win the MPSF tournament, which means beating both two of those three.

We lost to Cal 15-14 in the semis and beat #1 UCLA 11-10 for 3rd. Both in OT

Not many teams in any sport end their season by beating the #1 team unless they win the NCAA tournament.
