Even if accepted, he has to look at the lineup next year and figure he has gone from starter to 3rd pg off the bench. Plus he was one heck of an lacrosse player and maybe he wants to go somewhere and play that game for a year or two. There are any number of good schools back East that might want him for that skill, not basketball.(04-20-2023, 07:00 PM)PAsportsfan Wrote: https://twitter.com/MichaelOC_12/status/..._&ref_url=Wow. Or if someplace like Columbia or Dartmouth plays lacrosse, those degrees won't hurt him much back East either.

My guess this little to do with Haase. Has more to do that he has graduated, has his degree in hand and doesn't want to sit on the bench. He may well be able to get into some good Eastern school with basketball and lacrosse and have two years of graduate school paid for while he plays. Princeton, Yale and Harvard are the top 3 lacrosse schools according to one list. They are followed by Michigan, UNC, UVA and Maryland. He was signed by Maryland out of highschool. The first six are awfully good schools academically. Not sure he would be a basketball candidate for all, but my guess he could certainly play for the Ivies.

Transfers didn't qualify. Maybe that changed?

Jaiden Delaire
Don't know how he has eligibility left since he played 4 years at Stanford and 1 at San Diego which should cover his COVID year.

Disagree and looking forward to seeing where he lands.
