Our women finished 6th overall with 268 pts - so, better than their #9 seeding. NC State took the title with 113 pts, followed by BYU (140), Oregon (153) , New Mexico (216) and Florida (225). Notre Dame, Northern Arizona, West Virginia and Penn State rounded out the top 10.
The Cardinal was led by Amy Bunnage (30th, 19:15) then Sophia Kennedy (34th, 19:16.7), Mena Scatchard (44th, 19:28.2), Hanne Thomsen (#102, 19:57.6), Riley Steward (#107, 19.59.1) & Julia Flynn (#180, 20:26.4).
Doris Lemngole (Alabama, 18.25.4) was the top finisher for the second year in a row, beating out BYU's frosh phenom, Jane Hedengren (18:39.9). Both NC State and BYU had two runners finish in the top 10 - for NC State, Hannah Gapes (5th) and Grace Hartmann (6th). ACC teams had two other runners in the top 10 as well - Vera Sjoberg from UNC (8th) and Mary Bonner Dalton from ND (10th).
