Easiest way to solve the USC band problem is to play a turnover free game (see 2015) and/or win big (see 2009).

Silence is golden.  Though I have always loved hearing bands strike up a tune only to be forced to stop suddenly when it is announced there is a flag on the field.  That's the best.
