I finally watched the QB camp on Youtube...good stuff. 

Gruden: "That back shoulder fade is what I'm looking for.  So what he's going to do is outside release and start to the pylon, and right about the midpoint of the endzone, we're back shoulder fading.  Have you ever done this?"

Luck: "I was banned from throwing fades."

I'm keeping in mind that ESPN will slice film as they please, but that sounded pretty candid :)
